Application of a Regionalization Method for Estimating Flash Floods: Cuautepec Basin, Mexico

چکیده
A rainfall regionalization method based on variation coefficient was applied with a variant in the construction of flash flood hyetographs several return periods using shape historical event that occurred September 2021 Tlalnepantla River basin, Mexico, caused severe damage to population and its infrastructure few hours. The simulated semi-distributed model free software HEC-HMS order obtain outflow hydrograph, plains were obtained Iber Hec-Ras 2d simulate surface flow two-dimensional analysis.
